Key Requirements for Welder:
Strong welding experience, ideally previously coded or with solid experience working with fine gauge materials Proven experience working with Aluminium Competent in both TIG and MIG welding Must be based locally to Portsmouth, as the role is intended to become permanent Whats on Offer for Welder:
Competitive pay starting from £21.50 PAYE , with higher rates available for the right candidate Overtime paid at time and a half , with consistent availability due to increasing business demand Temp-to-perm opportunity providing long-term job security Clear progression pathways within a growing engineering team Opportunity to join a company investing in its people and future growth Shift enhancements are available , 25% increase Back Shift (14:00 23:45 Monday to Thursday) and 33% for Night Shift (19:00 5:00 Monday to Wednesday 19:00 4:00 Thursday) This role may initially be offered on an temporary basis, with the view to transitioning into a permanent position for the right individual.
