Contracts Manager

Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to work at a location in Portsmouth

• Project Management:
  Oversee multiple roofing projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring a positive and collaborative environment. Enthuse and inspire your team to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
• Client Liaison:
  Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Material Management:
  Order and oversee the delivery of materials, ensuring that all resources are available for the smooth running of projects.
• Health & Safety:
  Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols on all sites to protect the well-being of the team and meet legal and company requirements.
• Reporting:
  Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management, addressing any potential risks or issues.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Actively seek ways to improve processes, quality, and efficiency across projects.

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
• Full driving license
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably with roofing experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
