The General Manager will lead the site and take full responsibility for its performance. The role reports straight into the owner of the company who has a clear, open, and honest style, who believes in setting objectives and giving their managers the freedom to deliver results. This is a role for someone who can take the business forward, drive change, and move into a senior executive position in time.

• Proven SME experience in food manufacturing.
• At least 10 years’ experience across all areas of food manufacturing.
• Strong commercial understanding, including P&L management.
• A collaborative, open, and engaging leadership style that fits the company culture.

Hampshire – ideal for candidates based in Portsmouth and surrounding cities including Southampton, Winchester, Chichester, Basingstoke, and Guildford.
