• Oversee daily garage operations, including customer service, workshop efficiency, and compliance
• Manage staff, including technicians and reception staff, ensuring high standards of performance
• Maintain excellent customer care and deliver quality service
• Drive business growth through customer retention and marketing initiatives
• Support financial control, reporting, and budgeting activities
• Contribute to strategic planning and business improvements as the General Manager
• Work towards achieving ownership of the business in the future

• Proven experience as a garage manager or in a similar senior role within the motor trade
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Sound business acumen, with a focus on operational efficiencies
