Skilled Careers is working with a growing building services company to appoint an experienced Pre-Construction Director who will own the front-end project function.
You will lead from enquiry through to contract award, providing technical, commercial and strategic direction, and act as the senior technical authority across pre-construction. A focus on retrofit, decarbonisation, HVAC optimisation and Net Zero will help clients improve performance and sustainability.
