Medical Detection Dogs is seeking an Operational Standards and Performance Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational standards, quality assurance, and performance reporting across Training and Partnership Services.
The postholder will oversee staff development, ensure compliance with ADUK/ADI standards, and design performance frameworks using data and insight to drive service improvements across a small, ambitious charity.
