Thames Water is expanding its Power Resilience capability and seeks a Resilience Manager to lead the engineering team, translate strategy into engineered solutions, and drive standards across water and wastewater sites.
You will own assessments, plan investments, and ensure regulatory compliance while developing capability across dispersed teams in a flexible London/Thames Valley setting with hybrid working. This is a pivotal role supporting UK infrastructure and customer outcomes.
