Page Executive is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Partner or Senior Partner to lead the continued growth and evolution of our UK Consumer & Retail Practice.

As a key member of the Page Executive leadership team, you will:

• Lead the strategic growth and development of the UK Consumer & Retail Practice.
• Win and deliver retained executive search assignments across the sector.
• Manage, coach and develop an established team while building future capability.
• Develop and execute a market-leading business plan aligned with wider UK growth objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with Boards, CEOs, Managing Directors and Private Equity-backed businesses.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities across Consumer Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, Omnichannel and Consumer Products markets.
• Drive collaboration across Page Executive and the wider business to maximise client value.
• Enhance the profile of the practice through networking, thought leadership and market engagement activities.

• Experience winning and delivering high-value search assignments.
• Leadership, mentoring or team management experience.

• A genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
• Experience with in Consumer, Retail, E-commerce, Consumer Products or closely aligned markets would be highly advantageous.
