Up to £30,000 per annum / £16 paye or £21 ltd or umbrella

7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday (early finish on a Friday)

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for electronics? We are looking for a skilled Electronics Technician to join our growing manufacturing team in Portsmouth. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the assembly and preparation of high-quality PCBs.

• Every last Friday of the month off – in addition to standard holiday allowance
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• 3 days Christmas shutdown (not taken from your holiday allowance)
• Extensive training provided, including IPC-610 certification
• Opportunity to gain ESA certification in the future

• Manufacture PCB assemblies
• Prepare kits and materials for production
• Perform wiring modifications and cable / harness assemblies
• Complete mechanical assembly tasks

• Strong component recognition
• Excellent understanding of ESD procedures
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and wiring diagrams
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working under pressure with shifting priorities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Excellent organisational skills
