A manufacturing company based in Portsmouth is seeking a Technical Hand to provide support in the Mouldshop. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining material flow, operating mould presses, and preparing tools for handover. Experience in a Mouldshop environment is preferred, along with good communication and numerical skills. Training will be provided for licensing where necessary. This role demands the ability to work under pressure and follow strict quality standards.
