To To train in all aspects of carbon composite component and mould manufacturing to the a high quality standard, remaining compliant to drawings and directives, ensuring all standard operations, policies and procedures are adhered to.

• Laminating
• Kitting/materials
• Laminating
• De-moulding
• Mould prep
• Mould maintenance
• Tool manufacture
• Part manufacture
• Understanding of autoclaves

• To learn all aspects of carbon fibre component manufacture
• To follow operating procedures as set out by UPCS
• Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to
• Punctuality and a ready to work attitude
• Any other task as agreed by your Manager/Team Leader

• Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable
• Full training provided
• The ability to work and learn in a production environment
• Problem solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  
  Good hand-eye coordination skills
• Capable of following and listening to instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
• Good communication skills
• Being flexible and open to change when working with others
• Strong team player
