In this role you will:

• Discover,win and deliver marine vessel manufacturing projects
• Providemanufacturingcapability to other Griffon Marine business units
• Plan,monitor andadjust to achieve commercial success for the business unit by meeting agreed targets
• Have oversight and control of all day-today operations with the business unit, including quality control, health and safety, environmental controls, compliance and efficiency
• Contribute to the overall leadership of Griffon Marine as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
• Manage and develop the business unit team and its people
• Fulfil the Griffon Marine Values and Behaviours
• Report progress towards Objectives
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve the overall Griffon Marine objectives
