As a result of significant business expansion, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join a dynamic production environment focused on high-quality component assembly and specialized engineering.

Hours: Monday to Friday 15 00 (Late Shift) Pay: £12.25 per hour Weekly Pay Overtime opportunities available

• Precision Assembly: Assemble intricate components and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings and diagrams.

  • Utilize hand tools and precision instruments to ensure a perfect build every time.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet strict industry standards.

  • Identify and report any discrepancies or defects in materials or processes.

• Technical Documentation: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately.

  • Maintain clear records of production batches and quality checks.

• Production Efficiency: Work effectively to meet daily production targets on the late shift without compromising on quality.

  • Assist in the kitting and preparation of materials for the assembly line.

• Workspace Management: Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.

  • Handle delicate components with care to prevent damage or contamination.

• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• The ability to read and interpret basic technical instructions or drawings.

• Availability to commit to a consistent 15 00 Monday to Friday schedule.
