Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Machine Shop Team Leader based in Poole with an immediate start. In this role, you will lead a team of CNC Engineers, ensuring high levels of machine shop performance and adherence to health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC programming, completed an apprenticeship, and have strong leadership skills. You will also be responsible for employee relations and conducting performance reviews.
The position offers a competitive salary of around £52,200 plus benefits including contributory pension, healthcare cash plan, and opportunities for career progression.
