OverviewWe are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment based in Portsmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder with a strong background in aluminium welding, particularly within precision fabrication and high‑spec environments.
Key Responsibilities- TIG & MIG welding in a manufacturing environment
- Welding and fabrication of aluminium components (with some stainless and mild steel work)
- Working from technical drawings and specifications
- Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all welds
- Proven experience in aluminium TIG & MIG welding
- Ideally coded welder, or a strong level of hands‑on experience to an equivalent standard
- Experience with in a fast‑paced manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to work efficiently, proactively, and with a high level of attention to detail
