Tech Connect Group is assisting an advanced manufacturing client in recruiting a Senior Paint Technician for their Portsmouth production team. You will maintain production efficiency, reduce paint defects and ensure finishes meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities include painting, priming, finishing, defect inspection and supporting continuous improvement. You will train peers and uphold safety, environmental and quality procedures in a fast-paced setting.
