Randstad UK is recruiting a SHE Manager to provide maternity cover for up to 12 months at our manufacturing site in the United Kingdom. The role reports to the Factory Manager and focuses on health, safety and environmental performance.
You will advise line managers, deliver SHE strategy, lead audits, and coach teams to maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 compliance whilst promoting inclusion and continuous improvement.
