Blue Arrow is recruiting on behalf of a respected manufacturing company for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily workshop and production operations within a busy fabrication environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on leader to take responsibility for production performance, quality standards, and team development while supporting continuous improvement across the business.

This role would suit an individual with a strong background in manufacturing, fabrication, or welding environments, combined with previous supervisory experience and a passion for leading high-performing teams.

The Role As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workshop while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Key

Duties Include:

Supervising daily welding and fabrication activities Leading, motivating, and developing production staff Ensuring production targets and deadlines are achieved Maintaining compliance with Health & Safety regulations Ensuring adherence to RWC EN 1090 (1, 2 &
3) standards Managing warehouse operations, including stock control and material movement Monitoring quality standards and carrying out production checks Completing operational reports and maintaining accurate records Working closely with senior management to improve efficiency and processes Providing technical support and guidance on welding-related matters Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Welding Supervisor , Production Supervisor , or similar leadership role Strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes Working knowledge of EN 1090 (1, 2 &
3) standards

Experience with in a manufacturing, fabrication, workshop, or warehouse environment Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and production systems Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment Why Join This Company?
