Cornwall-based Futures is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on improving OEE, productivity and waste while delivering hands-on mechanical support on equipment and processes.
You will lead CI projects, apply Lean, Kaizen and SMED, and work closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality to implement upgrades and new processes across the site.
