The Growth Company offers an apprenticeship opportunity in CAD-driven design, with hands-on time on the shop floor to understand manufacturing processes. You will work on 2D/3D CAD drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation, collaborating with engineers and designers on live projects and product improvements.
Full training will be provided, and you will learn to translate designs into manufacturable solutions while adhering to safety and quality procedures.
