This is a solid, grown‑up RVN role with a clear rota and no smoke and mirrors. You'll work four 9‑hour days
, share weekends fairly, and take part in duty nights on rotation — all within a team that plans properly and values nursing skill.

Salary:
Up to £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: 4 × 9‑hour days
Weekends: 1 in 4
Nights:
Duty nights on rotation
TOIL: Not offered
You’ll be hands‑on across theatre, inpatient care, and clinical support, working alongside vets who respect what RVNs bring to the table. The rota is predictable, shared fairly, and designed to keep things running smoothly — no last‑minute chaos.
What You’ll Be DoingDelivering high‑quality nursing care to inpatients and outpatients
Assisting in theatre and monitoring anaesthesia
Supporting consultations and clinical procedures
Participating in duty night cover as part of a rota
What We’re Looking ForRegistered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS)
Confident, organised, and clinically proactive
Comfortable with rota‑based nights and weekends
A team player who values structure and standards
