The RN will provide specialized care for patients transitioning from intensive care to lower-acuity settings, with close monitoring and bedside support to ensure safe recovery. The role requires a current RN license, at least 2 years of recent step-down/ICU experience, excellent clinical assessment and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
