Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring high quality nursing care is coordinated and delivered. Continuing to embed improvement in all that you do
• Work as part of a cohesive multidisciplinary team ensuring patient care is delivered smoothly efficiently and safely.
• Competence and confidence in the Band 5 role will be achieved through hands-on clinical practice education and training and research.

Qualifications :

Essential

• Newly Qualified Nurse with current NMC registration or currently studying for an Adult Nursing Degree and due to qualify before end of March 2027.

• Computer literate
