The University of Portsmouth is seeking a driven Senior Research Associate in Bioinformatics to join the Sequencing and Bioinformatics Laboratory. You will work on genomics projects including clinical and environmental microbiology, translational genomics, and paleo genomics, applying data science, visualization, and pipeline development.
Under the guidance of the research leader, you will manage sequencing data from ONT platforms, train users, develop analyses, and contribute to manuscripts.
