Hours:

16 hours per week – Monday ;
Tuesday-Friday . Flexible shift work including evenings and weekends may be required to support operational needs.

As a Bar Staff member at Sodexo, located in HM Naval Base, Portsmouth PO1 3HH
, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our customers, particularly the armed forces personnel we serve. This role is all about making genuine connections and delivering excellent service to those who rely on us to enhance their daily experience.

• Be an essential part of our Front of House team, ensuring the bar area runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, helpful attitude, always going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
• Serve drinks, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness to ensure the bar and surrounding areas are spotless at all times.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

• Must be 18 or older due to licensing regulations.
• A positive, can‑do attitude, with the ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support the operational needs of the business.
