We are looking for a head chef, with a can-do attitude, a keen problem solver, able to manage under pressure with ambition and drive to aid the growth of one of the city s most loved venues.

Our ideal head chef would have come from working in the hotel - banqueting - events, able to execute volume whilst not neglecting quality. We would like our head chef to have a real eye for consistency and details, as head chef you will be in charge of rotas, menu/dish design, ordering, and all health and safety documentation.
