Job Overview

We’re looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for a major High Street brand. The role is a full‑time, 35 hour per week position with a contracted plan of 5 out of 7 days. You’ll join a passionate team that takes pride in its food, people, and brand image, and will receive opportunities to progress within the company.

• Serve customers, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience
• Be knowledgeable about our service and provide natural, engaging assistance
• Represent M&S and maintain a positive brand image
• Handle cash and operate the cash register
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations

• Passionate about delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile
• Take initiative and make client‑focused decisions
• Be an excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Demonstrate a desire to succeed and timekeeping reliability
• Show the ability to work under pressure
