Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers?

As the world's leading off‑price retailer of clothing and homeware, we are all about putting our customers first. Working as a Loss Prevention Officer, you'll help deliver our goal of keeping our customers, associates and assets safe. Experience of being in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly and approachable presence at our entrance doors.
• Deterrence of loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to maintain the security of our product.
• Deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
• Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Remain self‑motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference with natural communication skills.
