Retail Marketing Manager

We are recruiting for a Retail Marketing Manager based at one of the best destinations in the UK for retail and F&B. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with significant retail experience wanting a new challenge at a major regional asset.

• Retail Marketing Manager;
• Responsible for all things marketing, PR, events and promotions to increase footfall and dwell-time in the destination;
• You will liaise with the asset team at head office as well as stakeholder relationship building with brand partners, customers and the local community;
• You will liaise with the Centre’s tenant partners, external suppliers, agencies and the stakeholders to deliver the marketing strategy;
• Production and implementation of the strategy alongside the Senior Marketing Manager;
• Responsible for driving digital and social media presence, activity and engagement;
• Being a brand ambassador;
• Long-term opportunities for progression within the sector, such as Head of Marketing.

• You have marketing experience within a B2C environment preferably retail, leisure, hospitality, or shopping centres;
• You are able to lead and collaborate with a small team in delivering a robust and highly ambitious annual strategy;
• You are innovative and thrive in high pressure, fast-paced environments.
