Estée Lauder Companies Stores, the outlet retailing operation of Estée Lauder Companies, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of sales advisors and ensure the smooth, efficient running of the store.
ResponsibilitiesManage a team of sales advisors, coaching and mentoring staff to achieve sales and customer service targets, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.
Qualifications- Previous management experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
