Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate (permanent, part‑time 10hrs) to join our Timberland team based in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth.

• Provide the highest level of customer service and ensure every customer is treated with respect.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of in‑store products.
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Stay current with trends and the brand’s position in the market.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and stock room.

• Enjoy interacting with customers and set a positive example for the team.
• Hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Positive can‑do attitude and ability to handle all situations in the store.
• Passion for our brand, fashion and retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Another language is a plus.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary.
• Previous experience is an advantage but not required.
