Sales Associate (Part‑time, 10 hrs per week)

Location:

Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth.

Vans is looking for a passionate Sales Associate to deliver a memorable retail experience, support store operations, and maintain high merchandising standards.

• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.
• Develop thorough knowledge of in‑store products.
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Keep up to date with current trends and the brand’s place in the market.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and stock room.

• Positive, can‑do attitude and hands‑on mentality.
• Passion for Vans, fashion, and retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional language a plus).
• Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required.
