Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Development
  • Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with our top brand partners, becoming their trusted adviser and advocate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to proactively address challenges and identify opportunities to drive mutual success.
  • Lead regular business reviews with brand partners, providing insights and actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
Brand Partnership Excellence
  • Ensure impeccable representation of brand identities and premium customer experiences across all retail concessions.
  • Partner with brands to design and execute innovative activations that resonate with the Luxury consumer base.
  • Monitor and analyse sales and consumer‑based analytics, highlighting key feedback points to ensure alignment with both brand and company objectives, while identifying opportunities for growth.
Onboarding & Integration
  • Lead the seamless onboarding of new brand partners, ensuring their smooth integration into our retail ecosystem.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new brands, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the partnership journey.
  • Partner with brand stakeholders to ensure optimal retail space utilisation, prioritising the display of all contracted brands in line with their agreements.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of store capacity, ensuring all paying brands are represented and displayed prominently without compromising customer flow or merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to maintain accurate stock levels and availability, ensuring displays consistently meet contractual and customer expectations while helping to optimise ROI for all brand partners.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in retail account management, preferably within the tech or luxury sectors.
  • Strong passion for technology and delivering premium customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to excel in organisational and problem‑solving tasks while effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • A data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and implement effective strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets,  and Hub Spot are essential.
