Work Schedule: 8 hours per week, 7 days a week (Monday—Sunday). Fixed‑Term Contract of 3 months.

• Drive sales and deliver exceptional service:
  Achieve and exceed sales KPIs by executing our customer experience model “Every Moment Matters.”
• Build rapport and loyalty:
  Build meaningful connections with customers, providing personalised service and encouraging loyalty.
• Be a brand ambassador:
  Share product knowledge and curate jewellery selections that tell a story.
• Achieve sales targets:
  Focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
• Support store operations:
  Assist with stock deliveries, maintain shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till.

• Natural communicator with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
