Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to join our stores. You will lead the team to deliver a great in-store experience, support day-to-day operations, and be the go-to person for colleagues' queries.
You’ll work across store areas, build positive relationships, and step in during the Manager’s absence. In this role you’ll be over 18, have experience leading teams in fast-paced retail, and be a confident communicator who motivates others to deliver outstanding service.
