The Hollies Farm Shop is seeking a Retail & Front of House Team Leader to guide the shop and café staff in delivering excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for opening/closing, maintaining clean spaces, managing stock, and ensuring HACCP compliance.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this full-time position (45 hours) requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to maintain high retail standards and guest satisfaction.
