As a Sales Assistant/Key Holder, you will be responsible for assisting the store management team in the day-to-day operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial performance. You will play a key role in representing the Henri-Lloyd brand and building strong customer relationships.

• Drive store sales and KPI performance and achieve commercial targets on shift.
• Ensure the store reflects the premium Henri-Lloyd brand standards
• Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation
• Build strong relationships with customers.

We are looking for someone who brings
both retail experience anda passion for the outdoors or sailing culture. You will ideally have:

• Experience working in a luxury brand.
• An interest in sailing, marine environments or outdoor performance apparel(desirable but not essential)
