Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Dual Site Store Manager for Amersham and Beaconsfield. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) will lead operations, drive sales and KPI performance, and deliver a welcoming, premium shopping experience across two locations.
You will recruit, train and develop the store team, manage merchandising to brand standards, control payroll and costs, and uphold exceptional customer service. Retail leadership in fashion is preferred.
