Seal Bay Resort Holiday Park is one of the UK’s leading holiday parks, offering unforgettable experiences in a stunning seaside location. We are now seeking a motivated, personable Caravan Sales Advisor to join our highly successful sales team.
Located in Selsey, Seal Bay Resort boasts some of the best facilities in the country. Positioned on the coast and within a prime catchment area for London and the South East, the resort provides an exceptional environment for ambitious sales professionals to thrive.
With a wide selection of premium pitches across the resort and an extensive range of new and pre‑owned holiday homes available, this role offers genuine high earning potential with uncapped commission. You will play a key role in matching customers with their ideal holiday home and perfect location, delivering an outstanding sales experience from start to finish.
This is widely regarded as one of the most exciting caravan sales opportunities in the industry, offering strong demand, excellent stock availability, and a supportive, high‑performing team.
Recruitment timeline:
Interviews are scheduled between 6th and 20th January 2026, and a start date will be agreed with successful candidates.
- To ensure customers are communicated with transparently at every stage of the purchasing process.
- To meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Responsible for utilising and actioning leads to generate appointments with customers and create a strong customer pipeline.
- To ensure all team funnel activity is recorded in the CRM system daily.
- Drive personal marketing activity to maximise the opportunities.
- To ensure FCA‑regulated activity and financial discussions with customers are confidential and are conducted to the expected standard.
- To ensure all team funnel activity is recorded in the CRM system, alongside contact and appointment boards, are up to date daily.
- Adhere to all GDPR requirements and practices, ensuring data safe.
- Act as ambassadors for the park both inside and outside of work.
