Customer Service Sales Execuitve​/Account Manager

This role sits at the centre of the team, supporting customers, helping a key product range grow, and learning how a successful brand operates day-to-day.

• Manage enquiries, quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, helpful customer and product support
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns and promotions
• Build positive relationships with customers and spot opportunities to add value
• Keep data and order systems up to date (full training provided)
• Learn how the brand and sector perform, with the opportunity to take on more ownership over time

• Calm, organised and naturally proactive
• A confident communicator who enjoys helping people
• Technically minded and comfortable learning new systems
• Interested in developing a career in account management, customer experience or brand management
• Motivated to grow and take on more responsibility over time
• Some experience leading a team is a bonus
