Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Portsmouth

Brand: Leaders

Salary: Up to £28,700 OTE

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm, and every other Saturday 9am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities

Do you have a solid Estate Agency background? Are you motivated, enthusiastic, and career driven? If the answer is yes, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to join an industry‑leading property company and further your estate agency career.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and maximize business opportunities
  • Advertise properties, handle booking viewings, and register applicants
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face‑to‑face
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Introduce new business and build alliances with developers within the local community through active networking
  • Serve as the stream of communication between client and vendor, sharing information
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Prepare accurate property details and ensure proper data entry
  • Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close
Skills Required
  • At least six months to one year experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Tenacity and being a self‑starter with the drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Responsive to change
