Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Portsmouth

Salary: Up to £28,700 OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm, and every other Saturday 9am - 1pm

Responsibilities- Identify and maximize business opportunities
- Advertise properties, handle booking viewings, and register applicants
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face‑to‑face
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets
- Introduce new business and build alliances with developers within the local community through active networking
- Serve as the stream of communication between client and vendor, sharing information
- Build strong relationships internally and externally
- Prepare accurate property details and ensure proper data entry
- Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close
- At least six months to one year experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to negotiate
- Tenacity and being a self‑starter with the drive to succeed
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Responsive to change
- Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the company
