£30,000 - £35,000 basic + Commission (OTE approx £10K per year)

Looking for a role you can truly make your own? This growing technical services business is expanding and creating a brand‑new Field Sales position - perfect for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and the chance to build something from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

Generating your own leads and booking appointments
Attending client meetings with the Technical Director for support on technical detail
Re‑engaging lapsed clients and identifying fresh opportunities
Selling across multiple specialist divisions including Fire Alarms, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Cabling
Focusing on B2B new business in new builds, industrial environments and facilities management
Working to agreed KPIs and targets (structure TBC)
Providing regular updates and progress reports to the leadership team

What we're looking for

Someone confident, driven, and naturally self‑motivated. You'll be speaking with builders, contractors and industrial clients - so resilience, commercial awareness, and the ability to hold your own are key. You'll need to be comfortable cold‑calling and visiting sites to spark new relationships.
