What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Drive sales growth – defining commercial strategy (value‑based pricing), submitting quotes, negotiating with customers and securing business.
  • Own customer relationships – from first contact to order receipt and ongoing account support.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering) to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Support contract negotiations
    , pricing strategy, and deal structuring.
  • Lead with influence
    , setting a high standard for collaboration, accountability, and performance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
    , by providing timely responses and follow‑up and offering tailor‑made proposals.

Your Background

Required:
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management where negotiation and relationship‑building were key.
  • Ability to manage customer or supplier accounts and create win‑win outcomes.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems

  • Experience working in cross‑functional teams

  • Background in aerospace or technical industries
    .
Education:
  • A degree in Business, Aerospace, Procurement, Engineering, or related fields is preferred - but equivalent experience is welcome.

    -16:15:
    Monday-Thursday
  • 07:30-16:00:
    Fridays
  • (Every other Friday is a non‑working day)
