Residential Surveyor

• Residential Surveyor – Portsmouth
• Up to £55,000 plus bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established, independent firm based in Portsmouth. Known for their professional and personable approach, this is a fantastic chance to be part of a respected local team delivering high-quality surveys and valuations.

This role would suit a qualified surveyor looking for a sensible workload, supportive environment, and flexibility in their day-to-day. They are also open to speaking with Sava students who have either just qualified or nearing completion of their course.

• Carry out Level 2 Homebuyer Reports
• Provide private valuation reports for a range of purposes including Help to Buy, shared ownership, probate, and tax
• Level 3 surveys optional depending on experience.
• Work autonomously across a defined local patch with admin support from the in-house team
• Liaise with clients and provide clear, well-presented survey advice
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance

• Assoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified or recently qualified/nearly qualified SAVA students
• RICS Registered Valuer (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in producing Homebuyer reports
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Full UK driving licence and comfortable covering a local patch

• Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
