We are seeking a highly motivated Car Sales Executive to join a prestigious main dealership in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Our client, part of a larger multi-site automotive group, offers a dynamic and supportive environment, catering to both electric and internal combustion engine vehicles within their impressive range.

Basic salary up to £16,000 with uncapped OTE of £50,000+

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

Achieve and surpass monthly and annual vehicle sales targets and profit margins
Professionally present and sell new and used vehicles, extending to finance, warranty, and accessories
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty
Provide comprehensive product and service information to customers
Act as a brand ambassador with extensive knowledge of all vehicle offerings, features, and benefits
Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and dealership processes
Manage customer appointments efficiently and prospect potential buyers proactively
Follow up on sales leads to maximise sales opportunities
Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience in automotive sales or a strong sales background
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and self-motivated mindset
Ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines effectively
Full UK driving licence
Right to work within the UK
Confident in working within a regulatory and process-driven environment
