Gateley’s Residential Development Unit in Guildford is seeking a personable plot conveyancer to manage plot sales using a case management system within a fast-paced, client‑facing environment. You will take responsibility for your own matters with client contact and support from the team.
You will contribute to the full life cycle of new build housing, including terms and sales of homes, while developing relationships with national and regional house builders and other key clients.
