Car Sales Executive required in Portsmouth, Hampshire!
Basic Salary Up to £25,000 OTE £55,000 + Uncapped Commission!
Prestige Main Dealer
Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 (regular day off in the week, one hour lunch)
Saturday 08:30 to 17:00
Sunday 10:00 to 16:00 (1 in 2 rota)
Company Car Our client is a Multi-Site Dealership group with a larger presence within Hampshire and the Southwest covering over 50 sites and over 20 well established automotive brands, ranging from the strong volume performers to Prestige, Niche & High-End Vehicle.

What’s in it for you as Car Sales Executive?
A Competitive Basic Salary – Basic Salary up to £16,000
On target earnings of £50,000 and uncapped commission!
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (regular day off in the week, 30 minute lunch break)
Saturday 08:30 - 17:00 (1 in 2 rota)
Sunday 10:00 to 16:00 (1 in 2 rota)

Company Pension Duties of a Car Sales Executive with our Client:
Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
Achieve maximum profitability on Vehicle sales
Selling GAP, Warranty and Finance
Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty, and finance facilities
Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care
Become Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price, and key features
What our client expects of their Car Sales Executives:
Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
Experience of working in a car sale or have proven sales skills
Excellent customer satisfaction skills
Confident communication skills
Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)
Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
Full UK Driving Licence
