As our Maidstone operation continues to expand, we're looking for confident and ambitious Sales Executives to join the team representing EE & BT Group broadband and connectivity solutions across residential communities.

What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Executive, you'll work directly with customers face to face, helping them understand the broadband and connectivity options available to them. Your responsibilities will include:
• Engaging with homeowners through residential face-to-face sales
• Representing EE & BT Group broadband and connectivity solutions professionally
• Understanding individual customer needs through effective questioning
• Recommending suitable products and packages
• Explaining broadband speeds, Wi-Fi performance, contract options and available services clearly
• Answering customer questions confidently and professionally
• Guiding customers through the application and order process
• Working towards personal sales and performance goals
• Maintaining high standards of customer care, compliance and responsible selling
• Developing your sales skills through ongoing coaching and feedback This is an active field-based opportunity, so you'll spend your time meeting customers directly rather than working behind a desk. Your Earnings Success in sales should be rewarded. This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential . £40,000–£60,000 OTE Your earnings are based on your individual sales performance and there is no fixed ceiling on the commission you can generate.

The OTE figure represents potential earnings for someone performing at the expected level and is not a guaranteed income or salary. Additional performance incentives and recognition opportunities may also be available. Training That Builds Confidence You don't need previous telecommunications experience to get started. You'll receive comprehensive initial training followed by continued coaching and development. Training includes:
