• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at the store entrance.
• Deterrent loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and resolve conflicts when required.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Show resilience, self‑motivation, and strong communication skills.

• Experience in a customer-facing retail environment or in a security guard role is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
