Candidate Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card
* Proven experience in painting and decorating
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliability and good communication skills

Role Responsibilities:
* Preparing surfaces for painting
* Applying paint to interior and/or exterior surfaces
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area
* Working to deadlines and following site instructions
